- Is VAT included?
- ₩29,000 is the final monthly charge, VAT included. Tax invoices (세금계산서) are issued on request — hello@sizlon.io.
- When do alerts arrive?
- Free: every Monday. Pro: Monday and Thursday. Each alert carries the matching new notices sorted by deadline.
- How do I cancel? Do I get a refund?
- Cancel anytime from the subscription page or your account — billing stops and you keep access to the end of the paid period. Within 7 days of a charge and before that period’s first screened alert, we refund in full: hello@sizlon.io.
- I already get the free alerts. How do I upgrade?
- Apply for Pro with the same email — your sectors, keywords and profile carry over.
- How do you charge?
- Credit/debit card via Toss Payments. Your card details are stored by Toss, not by us.
- How reliable are the verdicts?
- Every verdict cites the requirement in the notice text it was judged against. When a requirement is ambiguous or your profile lacks the answer, we mark it "confirm" rather than guessing — final eligibility always rests with the notice itself.
