These terms govern your use of this website (sizlon.io) and any information you request through it. Use of Sizlon products is governed by the separate license agreement provided with each delivery.

Acceptance
By accessing sizlon.io you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you accept them on its behalf.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
How products are provided
Sizlon products are provided in one of two ways, and never by self-serve signup. Licensed software — such as Crawler Platform — is licensed, not sold, and delivered under a vendor-issued annual license that validates offline, with capabilities set by your edition. Vendor-operated services — such as Miriboa today — are performed by Sizlon: you submit materials and receive results under a written engagement. In either case, the license or engagement agreement prevails over this website if the two conflict.
Miriboa verification service
Miriboa is a paid, vendor-operated service sold as verification credits. One credit entitles you to verify one notice up to 3 times (an initial run plus 2 re-verifications) until that notice’s bid deadline. Every new account receives 1 free sign-up credit (valid 3 months). Purchased credits cost ₩290,000 each — ₩790,000 for a pack of 3, ₩2,400,000 for a pack of 10, VAT included — and are valid for 12 months from purchase. Payment is by card via Toss Payments; tax invoices (세금계산서) are issued on request. Unused credits are refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Same-day (express) handling is arranged separately by contact.
Service-level guarantee: each verification run is delivered within 1 business day of submission. If we miss it, the run is restored — the initial run by restoring the credit, a re-verification by not counting that run. This does not apply where a delay is caused by incomplete or inaccurate materials, changes you request after submission, your delayed response, or events beyond our reasonable control.
What the service is and is not: Miriboa checks your submission against the requirements stated in the notice — required documents, qualifications, and evaluation criteria — and reports what it finds. It is not legal advice, not a legal determination of eligibility, and not a guarantee that your bid will be accepted, judged eligible, or win. Final responsibility for the submission remains with you.
Confidentiality: documents you submit — including any you upload through the request form — are treated as confidential from the moment we receive them. They are used only to perform the verification you requested, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted within 15 days (or immediately at your request), unless a separate engagement agreement (including any NDA) sets other terms. Liability for the service is as set out in that engagement agreement.
Use of this website
You may view and share this site for legitimate business purposes. You may not misuse it — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or scrape it at a scale that degrades service.
All content, marks, and design on this site belong to Sizlon or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Information you submit
When you contact us or request a demo, you agree to provide accurate information. We handle what you submit under our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Performance figures, benchmarks, and product descriptions are for information only and are not a guarantee of results in your environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sizlon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
