Built for work that must be definitively right.
Miriboa is built and operated directly by its maker — no outsourcing, no reselling. This page is about who that is and why this product exists.
Who
Miriboa is a product of Sizlon Inc., built and run by its founder Kwangyeon Lee — a data-mining engineer who spent the last 15 years building news and media data pipelines: collecting, cleaning, and structuring the data that keeps growing every year.
Why this exists
Out of that data grew the AI era, and AI-generated answers are convenient and fairly accurate. But fifteen years of handling data taught one thing: parts of enterprise work do not want fairly accurate — they demand definitively accurate. Public tenders are exactly that kind of work. In a world where one missing form, one mismatched company name, or one wrong subtotal disqualifies the whole bid, "mostly right" is not an answer.
So it is built this way
Miriboa never gives a language model the final say. The AI proposes; a deterministic rule layer confirms against verbatim source text; anything uncertain is flagged as uncertain instead of asserted. The same documents always produce the same verdict.
Designed from data
The checks were designed from 4.5 million rows of public 나라장터 bid-opening records — the actual distribution of why bidders get disqualified — and the benchmark figures, along with their limits, are published on the homepage.
