- What exactly does one pass cover?
- One notice, up to 3 runs until its deadline: an initial verification plus 2 re-verifications after you fix your documents.
- How long does a run take?
- It is a machine judgment, so usually under an hour. Heavy load can take longer. A run that ends undeterminable returns the pass.
- Can I get a refund?

- How long is a pass valid?
- 3 months from the date it is issued — purchased passes and the free sign-up pass alike.
