Confidentiality agreement (NDA)

This confidentiality agreement covers everything you send Sizlon through this request — your bid documents, the notice details, and the fact that you made the request (together, the “Confidential Information”).

Sizlon will use the Confidential Information only to perform the verification you requested, keep it strictly confidential, and limit access to the personnel performing the verification. Processing does involve the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy — including the document-analysis LLM API provider, Anthropic, PBC — to the extent needed to perform the verification; each processes the material only to deliver its service and is bound by its own data-protection commitments. Sizlon discloses it to no other third party.

Retention: uploaded documents are deleted within 15 days of upload, or immediately upon your request. Result reports are kept for 12 months from the last delivery so you can retrieve them again, then deleted. Contact and billing records are kept only as long as the law requires.

This does not cover information that is already public, that Sizlon already lawfully held, or that Sizlon is legally compelled to disclose — in which case Sizlon will, where lawful, notify you first.

This commitment takes effect the moment you submit the request and binds Sizlon. If a separate signed engagement agreement or NDA is later executed, its terms govern.
